I remember turning on the telly and glimpsed at FF once last season.
It was Alex Scott, Dion and a load of kids and what looked like the Chelsea flower show. Very weird. Just feels like they are trying really hard to make the show appeal to people who simply will never watch it or even give a shit about it.

If you pay your licence fee, make sure you watch as much on the BBC as you can to ensure that you "get your money's worth".
Doesn't matter if it's opinionated shit, you have no interest in it or have better things to do - YOU paid for it so YOU are damn well going to watch it...whatever.
And if you grew up with "Watch with Mother" or "Play School", you are obliged to watch and believe it in preference to all else.

Since the BBC is now run by Tories who treat the shiteaters who vote for them with utter contempt - it wouldn't be like them to enforce wokeness to an extreme level to divide and rule and get those who object to cancel their licence fee and turn against the BBC.
No - they would never do that unless the last 12 years I've been smoking a fully loaded crack pipe every single morning.
Maybe the guy who was recently our prime minister still actually does that - whilst riding his bicycle.

I saw a bit of this today while I was round someone’s house. I haven’t watched it in many years.
There’s three things I noticed.
1. Alex Scott can be on telly as much as they want to put her on for whatever reason they choose to put her on.
2. Dion Dublin looked like a terrified prisoner in a hostage tape.
3. The entire segment I watched focused on a female player who normally plays in front of a few hundred people who got in for free or next to nothing.

Women can’t play at the very top level of cricket or football, I don’t see what’s ‘weird’ about dismissing them, they’ve got no fucking clue about the game at that level

We are talking about people appearing on tv and being paid to give an 'expert' opinion ahead of people who are qualified to give that opinion.
I like most on here am a fan who gives an opinion on what I see not holding myself out as someone completely qualified to give advice based on personal experience of the situation of dealing with international footballers or top level quick bowlers.
Thats why I am not expecting a call from Sky any time soon.
